We use a variety of secure e-payment methods at Hayes Park School.
We are asking parents to only use our e-payment method to pay for their child/rens trips, extra curricular clubs, after school club and breakfast club.
This can be done online using a very secure website called ParentPay or in cash at local stores where you see the PayPoint logo. Our school trips, charity donations and voluntary donations are all made using Parent Pay.
If you already have a ParentPay account, either with our school or another ParentPay school, you can simply login to that account and add your other children via the add a child tab on your home page.
If you are new to ParentPay you will need to activate your account using the unique activation username and password you have been given from the school office. You will be prompted to change these and to keep them safe and secure.
ParentPay holds an electronic record of your payments to view at a later date. Once you have activated your account you can make online payments straight away.
Our extra-curricular clubs and after school chill club all use the ‘School Cloud’ payment system. School lunches are booked and paid for directly through ‘The Pantry’. Please click on the links below to go to the relevant page.
If you do not have access to a computer to make your payments or need any assistance in setting up your account then please do not hesitate to contact the school office.
