Parent Consultation Group
Partnership working is a key value at Hayes Park School; we work very effectively with our families to ensure that we hear when things are going well, but also when things could be improved. The Parent Consultation Group (PCG) is an open offer to any parents/carers to come and meet with school staff (typically one of the Senior Leadership Team and a governor) at least once a term. We use this as a two-way session, where we can float ideas for the school and gain feedback from those present (and sometimes ask for the PCG to gather wider feedback) and parents/carers can raise ideas/thoughts for discussion and consideration. It is very much big picture, rather than talking about individual concerns or members’ own children; any such matters should, be brought through the usual communication channels.
PCG meetings will be advertised through the newsletter and on the school calendar. All you need to do is arrive at main reception on the day. Agendas and minutes can be found below.
