Concerns about a staff member: 

If your concern is relating to a member of staff please report this in confidence to a member of the team who can refer the matter to the Head teacher and/or school governing body, who can then consider which course of action needs to be taken.

We refer any relevant concerns about staff to the Local Authority Designated Officer (LADO) . More information on the LADO can be found here:

Operation Encompass

Sometimes we may need to share information and work in partnership with other agencies when there are concerns regarding a child’s welfare. As a school we are signed up to Operation Encompass, you can read more about this here:
